The Natural Healing Center® is a registered business. All material on this website and associated digital content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Materials may be downloaded for personal, non-commercial use only.

1. BOOKINGS & SERVICES

By making an electronic, written, or verbal booking with The Natural Healing Center®, the client enters into an agreement for the provision of digital wellness services under these Terms and Conditions.

Services refer to online consultations, educational sessions, and wellbeing support delivered remotely via digital platforms. Services are provided on the booked date and time or within a reasonable timeframe following purchase.

2. PAYMENT

Payment is required in advance for all online services unless otherwise agreed. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and used within the stated validity period.

Unused sessions expire six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Expired sessions are non-refundable.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals may be considered a completed session and are non-refundable.

If no contact is received within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the session may be cancelled.

Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Clients are encouraged to consult their qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

Personal information shared by clients is treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of service delivery, communication, and administrative requirements, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Icelandic law. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the client’s country of residence may also apply.
