All information is reviewed by a qualified practitioner and kept strictly confidential under GDPR data protection regulations.

After review, if appropriate, you may receive:

• A personalised programme recommendation
• Guidance on next steps
• An invitation to proceed with care

How Your Online Care Works

  • STEP 1 – Complete Your Health Questionnaire

    Now that you have had your FREE 10-minute Introductory Call, please complete your health questionnaire so I can review your health history, current concerns and individual needs.

  • STEP 2 – Choose Your Path

    As part of your health questionnaire, you will be asked to confirm how you would like to proceed:

    • The RESET Method Programme — structured in 5-week increments, with personalised practitioner-led care and ongoing weekly telehealth support; or

    • A Single 40-Minute Consultation — a personalised telehealth consultation and individual care plan, without committing to the 5-week programme.

  • STEP 3 – Clinical Assessment

    Your health questionnaire, medical history and the information shared during your introductory call are carefully reviewed to build a clear picture of your individual needs.

  • STEP 4 – Personalised Care

    Your care is tailored to the pathway you have chosen. If you select a Single 40-Minute Consultation, you will receive a personalised consultation and individual care plan. If you select the RESET Method Programme, your care continues through weekly telehealth appointments, with your plan reviewed and adjusted as appropriate.

The questionnaire takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
