How Our Online Programmes Work

  • Step 1 - Initial Intake

    Join the waitlist to share your main health concerns.
    In-clinic patients begin with the health questionnaire.

  • Step 2 - Initial Consultation

    If appropriate, you will be invited to a short 10-minute online consultation.
    In-clinic patients receive a full consultation at their appointment.

  • Step 3 -Clinical Assessment

    Your case is carefully reviewed using your consultation and health history.

  • Step 4 - Personalised Programme

    If appropriate, a structured herbal programme and next steps are recommended.

The questionnaire takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
