In-Clinic and Online Services
We offer in-clinic treatments in Iceland and online herbal therapy across the EU/UK/Iceland. All services follow an Acute and Chronic trauma-aware, nervous-system-centred approach.
IN-CLINIC CONSULTATION
Our consultations combine both Western and Traditional Chinese methods. A health questionnaire will be emailed to you before your appointment. Filling this out and sending it back to us before your appointment day will allow a smoother and more accurate care plan.
Blood pressure and pulses will be taken, as well as a deeper Chinese medicine pulse analysis, on top of a tongue and ear diagnosis.
These methods will allow for an individualised diagnosis, leading to a detailed treatment plan and suggested services addressing your concerns.
Our aim is not to have you in treatment for the rest of your life, but to treat your problem(s) so you are able to live your life to your fullest capacity.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is an ancient method of treating illness by balancing the energy flow (or Qi) in the body. Thought to have originated in China some 3000 years ago, it was described as an organized system of diagnosis and treatment by the Yellow Emperor´s Classic of Internal Medicine around 100 BC (NHS-UK).
Using the principles of this ancient knowledge, a detailed treatment plan (which may be combined with other therapies) is designed to treat the body as a whole. By targeting the root cause of the problem, the individual is placed in a more balanced state, allowing for complete harmony of the mind and body.
Our practitioner is trained and certified in a number of acupunture methods, such as
Medical acupuncture
Traditional acupuncture
Esoteric forms of acupuncture (Jin´s, Balance, Tung’s..etc)
Auricular acupuncture, cosmetic
CUPPING
Cupping is a practice that originated in China and Egypt well over 5000 years ago. It was known by the ancient people that a body that was stressed was more prone to disease, both short-term and long-term.
Therefore, it was important to maintain one's health on a regular basis to ensure that the body stays strong and healthy; one way was cupping. (National Library of Medicine)
Our cupping services use the highest quality organic oils and creams. Our pracitioner is qualified and trained in a number of cupping techniques:

MOXA, GUA SHA, MEDICAL QI GONG, FOOD ADVISE
Chinese medicine is not just herbs and acupuncture, but encompasses many more treatments that have been used for well over 3000 years. Moxa´s origins can be traced to ancient China, with evidence suggesting its use in the Yin dynasty (1600 BC–1046 BC). Moxa is used to treat a variety of ailments, especially pain and inflammation.
Gua Sha is a method where the skin is scraped, causing the release of heat trapped in the body. This method is great for certain blood stasis and pain.
Many ancient healing methods see food as medicine. So when you are eating your meal, it is good to choose foods that are healing and maintaining the balance inside. This creates harmony on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. We advise you on what foods will help your body to achieve this.
