Acupuncture supports a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. Common areas include pain relief (such as back, neck, or knee pain), hormonal balance, stress, fatigue, sleep issues, digestive health, anxiety, and women’s health concerns.
At the Natural Healing Center, acupuncture is always tailored to your body’s specific imbalances, using gentle, clinically proven methods that restore harmony and flow. -
Acupuncture needles are extremely fine — about the width of a strand of hair. Most people feel only a mild tingling, warmth, or heaviness when the Qi (energy) begins to move. Treatments are designed to be calming, and many clients even fall asleep during their session.
-
This depends on your condition and goals. Acute issues may improve within 3–5 treatments, while chronic conditions often benefit from a series of sessions (10+) over. Your practitioner will discuss your personalized plan at your first visit.
-
Chinese herbal formulas are carefully balanced combinations of natural ingredients that work synergistically to address the root cause of imbalance, not just symptoms. Unlike single-ingredient supplements, each formula is tailored to your constitution and health pattern to support long-term healing and vitality.
-
Your herbal prescription may come as granules, tinctures, or capsules — depending on your needs and convenience. Formulas are adjusted as your condition changes to ensure ongoing support and results.
All herbs used at the Natural Healing Center are of the highest professional quality and rigorously tested for safety and purity. -
With a background in both nursing and TCM, your care integrates the best of both worlds — modern medical understanding and time-tested traditional wisdom. -
You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or even slightly tired as your body recalibrates. Mild sensations like warmth or heaviness are normal. Rest, hydration, and gentle movement are encouraged after your session to help your body integrate the effects.
